Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All use of this site is subject to English law and
these Terms of Use are governed by English law and PTC
and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.

Use of Web Site Information
Except where otherwise indicated on the Site, you
may download, view, copy and print information, documents
and graphics incorporated in the Materials subject to
the following conditions:
- the Materials may be used in the form in which
they are provided to you solely for personal, informational
and internal business purposes and not, without limitation,
for commercial time sharing, rental or service bureau
use.
- The Materials are not intended for use by any person,
firm or company selling products of the same or a
similar nature to those sold by us and no licence
is granted to such persons for use of the Materials
for any purpose.
- Save as expressly permitted by law the Materials
may not be modified or altered, decompiled, reverse-engineered,
disassembled, adapted or translated in any way. Except
as expressly provided herein, you may not use, download,

notices contained in the Materials and must reproduce
any copyright or other proprietary notices on any
copies of the Material. The Materials are licenced
to you only. You may not rent, lease, sub-licence,
sell, assign, charge, pledge, transfer or otherwise
dispose of the Materials, on a temporary or permanent
basis, without the prior written consent of PTC.
- PTC reserves the right to revoke your authorisation
to view, download and print the Materials available
on the Site at any time, and any such use shall be
discontinued immediately upon written notice from
us. Any licence contained in these Terms of Use to
use the Materials shall automatically be terminated
by any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
- The rights granted to you constitute a licence
and not a transfer of title.
Other than as specifically described above, you may
not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare
derivative works based on, republish, transmit, re-post
or otherwise use the content of the Site, without prior
written authorisation from PTC. To request such permission,
contact Richard Brabrook, Managing Director. In no event
may PTC’s trademarks, symbols, artwork or other
visual or audio elements be reproduced in whole or in
part separately from the textual content associated
with them in the Materials.
If you download software from the Site in order to
use the Materials as authorised above, then:-
- if the software is specified as being owned by
PTC by the presence of a copyright notice, then PTC
grants to you a non-exclusive non-transferable licence
to use the software, including any files, images,
audio or video clips incorporated in or generated
by the software, and data accompanying the software
(collectively, "the software") only for
the purpose of enabling you to view the Materials
on the computer on which the software is installed.
PTC retains full title to the software, and all intellectual
property rights therein. You may not copy, transfer,
lease, sub-licence, assign, charge, redistribute,
or sell, nor (save as expressly permitted by law)
merge, adapt, alter, decompile, reverse engineer,
disassemble, or translate the software.
- If the software is owned by a third party then
you will comply with the terms of any licence applicable
in respect of such software.

The Site contains hyperlinks to other world wide web
sites that are created and maintained by third parties.
PTC has included these links because it thinks that
visitors to the Site may find them of interest but it
does not keep all of the sites linked to the Site under
review and is not responsible for and does not necessarily
endorse the privacy practices or the content of any
off-site pages or any other sites linked to this site,
whether or not they are affiliated with PTC. Such linked
sites are for your convenience only and you access them
at your own risk. PTC makes no representations or warranties
as to the accuracy or functioning of any such link.
Although PTC is keen to increase usage of the Site,
it does not authorise any linking with other sites without
its prior emailed approval. If you email PTC with full
details of your proposed linked site, PTC shall notify
you if it consents to the creation of the relevant link.
Even if such consent is given, PTC may not keep the

review and such consent does not necessarily constitute

Limitations on PTC's Liability
The Materials are provided solely for informational
and promotional purposes. Your use and browsing of the
Site is at your own risk. The Materials could include
technical or typographical inaccuracies or other errors.
They are provided to you "as is" without warranty
of any kind, either express or implied, including but
not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
PTC does not warrant that the functions contained in
the Materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that
defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server
that makes it available are free of viruses or other
harmful components.
PTC does not warrant or make any representations regarding
the use or the results of the use of the Materials on
the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability,
or otherwise. You (and not PTC) assume the entire cost
of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. PTC
shall not be liable for any special or consequential
damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use,
the Materials on the Site under any circumstances (including
circumstances arising out of the negligence of PTC),
even if PTC or an authorised representative of PTC has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall PTC's total liability to you for
all damages, losses, and causes of action, including
but not limited to negligence, arising out of your use
of this site, exceed the amount paid by you, if any,
for accessing this site.
All exclusions and limitations on PTC’s liability
in these Terms of Use are to the fullest extent permitted
by law and, in particular, the exclusions and limitations
contained herein shall not operate to exclude or limit
PTC’s liability for death or personal injury.
